Refund policy

We want you to love your Hami products.

Unopened items: You can return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Opened items: For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on opened supplements or personal care products.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return: Email hamiwellness@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
