Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after processing. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, email hamiwellness@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help.
