Subscribe and save: how it works

When you choose Subscribe and save on a Hami product, you agree to automatic, recurring orders until you cancel. Your subscription price is 10% off the regular one-time price.

Delivery schedule: Inositol, Vitex, Prenatal and Magnesium ship every 4 or 8 weeks, depending on the option you choose. CoQ10 comes in a 60-day bottle and ships every 8 weeks. The Cycle Trio is sold as a one-time set and is not available on subscription. Your first order ships right away, and each renewal is charged to your saved payment method on the day it is processed.

Skip or cancel anytime: there is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. You can skip a delivery, change how often it ships, or cancel online from your account at any time. To stop your next order, make the change before that renewal is processed.

You can also ask us to cancel through our Contact page. We go by the time your message reaches us: if a renewal is charged after you asked to cancel, we will refund it.

If the price of a subscription goes up, we will let you know before the new price applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
